Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws and ordinances. Promotion begins on 2nd December, 2024 at 12 a.m. AEDT and ends on 1st January, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. AEDT (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
1. Eligibility: The Marriott Bonvoy® Experience Australian Open Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of Australia, New Zealand and Singapore (“Eligibility Area”), who are Marriott Bonvoy Members and who are the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions of permanent residence and reside in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Marriott Bonvoy® loyalty program at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates ("Administrator"), Tennis Australia Limited, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are (subject to the directions of a regulatory authority) final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner.
2. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor is Marriott International, Inc., 7750 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814 USA. For the purposes of Australia, the Sponsor is Marriott International, Inc.'s subsidiary, Marriott International Management Company B.V. (Australian Branch) (ABN 13 094 976 039), Level 5, 161 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia. The Administrator is Don Jagoda Associates, 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747 USA.
3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the random drawing, visit https://joinmarriottbonvoy.com/summeroftennis during the Promotion Period and follow the on-screen directions to either a) complete the registration form with your Marriott Bonvoy Member number, or b) if you are not a Marriott Bonvoy Member, you may sign-up for a Marriott Bonvoy Member account. There is no cost or fee to become a Marriott Bonvoy Member. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. AEDT on 1st January, 2025. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Limited to one (1) Entry per email address/Marriott Bonvoy Membership account; a person may only use one email address/Marriott Bonvoy Membership account to enter. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Marriott Bonvoy Membership numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via a mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device.
Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor, Administrator and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Marriott Bonvoy account used to enter the Promotion will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entrant’s social media profiles must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and reputation or entrant may be disqualified.
4. Selection of Winner/Alternates: On 8 January, 2025 at 7:00 a.m. AEDT, one (1) Grand Prize winner and five (5) alternates (each, an “Alternate”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period ("Drawing Date"). Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator (at their offices located at 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747, USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are (subject to the directions of a regulatory authority) final and binding on all matters related to the Promotion. The odds of winning the Grand Prize (or being selected as an Alternate) depend on the total number of Entries received through the end of the Promotion Period. 5. Winner/Alternate Notification, as applicable: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email at the potential Grand Prize winner's email address associated with their Marriott Bonvoy Membership account within 48 hours of the Drawing Date ("Notification") and must respond to the Notification and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release ("Documents") within four (4) days of Notification being sent. If potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond to the Notification within the time permitted, return the completed Documents within the required time period, or the Notification/Documents is/are returned undeliverable, or in the event that the potential Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an Alternate in the order in which they were drawn on 14th January, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. AEDT. An Alternate will be provided with the same period of time to respond to the Notification and return the completed Documents (to become the Grand Prize winner).
Potential Grand Prize winner (or Alternate as the case may be) is subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. An entrant is not a winner of the prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
6. Prize and Approximate Retail Value in AUD (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize – A Sponsor-specified experience in Melbourne, Australia at the 2025 Australian Open for winner and one (1) travel companion (“Event”). Prize includes round-trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to Melbourne, Australia including hotel accommodation (double occupancy) checking in on Friday, 24th January 2025 and checking out on Sunday, 26th January 2025, two (2) tickets to the Australian Open 2025 Women’s Final Match, exclusive private tennis clinic with Ash Barty, invitation only access to the Marriott Bonvoy Lounge for pre-match dinner, and Tennis LAB Racquet fitting for two (2) (“Experiences”); ARV AUD $8,946. All expenses not specifically provided for herein including but not limited to transportation to a major airport from winner’s place of residence and from Melbourne airport to the hotel are the winner’s sole responsibility and not included with the prize. All taxes (including, without limitation, withholding taxes, income taxes, VAT, GST and import duties and fees, as applicable) on or connected with the prize, and the reporting consequences thereof are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner must be a Marriott Bonvoy Member at time of Entry and prize award.
7. Prize Restrictions: Certain restrictions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companion must be a legal resident of the Eligibility Area (corresponding to Grand Prize winner’s country/region of residence), and must hold a passport that allows visa-free entry into Australia with at least 6 months validity remaining. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion (who must be the age of majority) will be required to execute a release of liability (or other required documents) prior to travel. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the prize travel with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must possess valid travel documents [i.e., a valid government-issued passport with more than six (6) months before it expires, entry visa, if required, etc.] and travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must follow any applicable COVID protocols at time of travel. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize winner's and his/her travel companion's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Grand Prize winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies. Venue and seat locations at Event/Experiences shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, travel, gratuities, souvenirs, other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen Event/Experiences documents/vouchers. If Grand Prize winner is unable to attend the Event/Experiences on date(s) specified, prize will be forfeited and an Alternate may be contacted to complete the same Notification process. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize, and send winner and/or travel companion home (at winner/travel companion’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in winner’s disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of prize). In the event Grand Prize winner or travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subject winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or guest as a result of such conduct. SUBJECT TO ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE GUARANTEE (AS DEFINED IN SECTION 9 BELOW) SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY OTHER ASPECT OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER’S OR TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF PRIZE. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must be age of majority in jurisdiction of permanent residency. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion will be required to execute a release of liability prior to use of prize. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must follow any applicable COVID protocols that may be in place at time of Event/Experiences. The selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of the prize or any portion thereof to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winner and void the prize if it appears to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Event Access Passes may be subject to issuer’s standard rain-check and cancellation policies and procedures. All expenses not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of winner. Event/Experiences are Sponsor-specified and subject to change or cancellation. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen access passes, tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor or Administrator. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the pass/ticket/certificate issuer. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not make use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible if Event or any Experiences are delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion or complete prize for one of equal or greater value. Winner cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize (or portion of prize) becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Any and all applicable taxes, dues and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
8. General Conditions: Subject to the directions of a regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, regulatory restrictions or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Promotion; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion and subject to the directions of a regulatory authority, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Promotion or suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) in the event of cancellation and subject to the directions of a regulatory authority, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing at a date and time determined based on cancellation date and following the same drawing process as in Section 4, from among all eligible Entries received prior to the time of the impairment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor is not required to pay any compensation to any party should the Promotion or these terms and conditions be changed, cancelled or postponed by Sponsor for any reason, including at the directions of a regulatory authority.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in the event of inconsistency between your local language version (if applicable) and the English version of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, and your local language version shall be deemed to be amended accordingly to the extent necessary for such inconsistency to be in conformity with the English version of these Official Rules.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, Tennis Australia Limited, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of the prize. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH SITE.
NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES LIMITS, EXCLUDES OR MODIFIES OR PURPORTS TO LIMIT, EXCLUDE OR MODIFY ANY STATUTORY CONSUMER GUARANTEES OR ANY IMPLIED CONDITION OR WARRANTY THE EXCLUSION OF WHICH FROM THESE OFFICIAL RULES WOULD CONTRAVENE ANY STATUTE OR CAUSE ANY PART OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES TO BE VOID (“NON-EXCLUDABLE GUARANTEES”). SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS IN THE PRECEDING SENTENCE, THE SPONSOR EXCLUDES FROM THESE OFFICIAL RULES ALL CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND TERMS IMPLIED BY STATUTE, GENERAL LAW OR CUSTOM.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AND SUBJECT TO ANY NON-EXCLUDABLE GUARANTEES, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING ALL ELEMENTS OF THE PRIZE, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 10. Publicity. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNER GRANTS TO SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, TENNIS AUSTRALIA LIMITED, (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, ENTRY, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL OWN THE ENTRIES, WHICH WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED, AND THAT SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES SHALL HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE, IRREVOCABLE, SUB-LICENSABLE, ROYALTY FREE LICENSE WORLDWIDE IN PERPETUITY TO EDIT, PUBLISH, DISPLAY, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, EXPLOIT, DISSEMINATE AND USE THE ENTRIES IN ANY WAY AND IN ALL MEDIA AND FORMS WHETHER NOW OR LATER KNOWN OR DEVELOPED FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING TRADE, ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, AND/OR OTHER PURPOSES AS SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES MAY DETERMINE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, CONSIDERATION, PERMISSION OR COMPENSATION TO ENTRANTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO WAIVE, UNCONDITIONALLY, IRREVOCABLY, AND WITHOUT FURTHER PAYMENT, ALL MORAL RIGHTS AND AUTHOR’S RIGHTS OF A SIMILAR KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING. TO THE EXTENT THAT ENTRANTS ARE LEGALLY UNABLE TO WAIVE THEIR MORAL RIGHTS, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR AND TENNIS AUSTRALIA LIMITED DOING OR OMITTING TO DO ANY ACT WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE INFRINGE THEIR MORAL RIGHTS.
11. Disputes: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally and exclusively determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration will be Bethesda, Maryland, USA though the parties may agree to online/virtual proceedings. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. This Section 11 will be governed by the laws of Singapore. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof. The personal data will be stored by Sponsor on servers located within the U.S.
12. Privacy: The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Administrator and/or Sponsor to delete or take other actions in respect of your personal data upon written request, which Administrator may be bound to honor. However, you will be disqualified if Administrator and/or Sponsor’s ability to administer the Promotion is impeded because of any such request made in respect of your personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the Grand Prize winner and fulfillment of the prize. This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in complying with any such request Administrator and Sponsor’s ability to administer the Promotion may be removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Released Parties to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted, or exercising other rights in respect of their personal data, prior to the determination of the Grand Prize winner and fulfillment of the prize. By providing your personal data, you agree that such personal data will be collected, transferred (including to the United States), and otherwise processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.marriott.com/privacy. Sponsor and the Administrator will process your personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion and your Marriott Bonvoy Membership, and for purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
13. Official Rules and Grand Prize Winner’s Name: For a copy of the Official Rules, please visit https://joinmarriottbonvoy.com/summeroftennis/en-gb/email_terms. For the Grand Prize winner’s name (which will be made available for ninety (90) days after the 8th January 2025 random drawing), send an email to: Winners@dja.com with “WINNERS & 01-2932-24” as the subject line. Winner’s name will only be sent after the prize has been awarded.
Except where the Grand Prize winner (or Alternate, as the case may be) has requested their name and postcode not to be published, the first initial, surname and postcode of the Grand Prize winner (or Alternate, as the case may be) will be published on the Administrator's website at marriotbonvoyaustralianopenwinner.dja.com within seven (7) days of the Drawing Date.
