Riot Games Masterwork Chest and Key x Marriott Bonvoy™ Offer – Terms and Conditions

1. The offer is open to all residents of the Eligible Territories where the offer is legal, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the offer. Offer entrants must be aged 18 years or over. The promotion is void where prohibited by local laws. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure the legality of entering this promotion under the laws of their country of residence.
2. No purchase is necessary to participate in the offer.
3. The offer is valid once per entrant for the first 50,000 valid entries received.
4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 (BST) on 20 June 2024. The closing date of the offer is 23:59 (BST) on 2 September 2024. Entries received before or after this time will not be accepted.
5. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, lost or otherwise not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. To participate in the promotion and receive a Masterwork Chest and Key Code (“gift”), you must sign up to Marriott Bonvoy™, the loyalty program for Marriott International, Inc, by submitting your full name, valid email address and country of residence via www.joinmarriottbonvoy.com/lec.
7. The gift consist of a virtual treasure chest, plus the virtual keys required to open the chest. Once opened, the Masterwork Chest and Key provides a randomised piece of loot usable in the online game League of Legends, such as Skin Shards, Essences or Emotes.
8. Entrants acknowledge that the gift is subject to Riot Games Standard Terms and Conditions available at https://www.riotgames.com/en/terms-of-service.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted. Syndicated entries, multiple entries or email accounts or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries may be disqualified.
10. The first 50,000 valid offer entries will receive a Masterwork Chest and Key & Key Code for use within the League of Legends game
11. The Masterwork Chest and Key & Key Code will be in the form of a Unique Reference Number (URN).  The URN and instructions will be emailed to the entrant via the email address supplied at point of entry on www.joinmarriottbonvoy.com/lec.
12. The gift will be sent to the first 50,000 valid entrants by email within 30 days of such valid entry.
13. The gift may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the gift
14. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf may be disqualified.
15. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their gift. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects gift acceptance or delivery of their gift.
16. The gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted or auctioned and no cash alternative is offered. The gift has an expiry date of 30 December 2024 and the Promoter accepts no responsibility if an entrant does not redeem the Masterwork Chest and Key & Key Code by this date.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the gift with an alternative gift of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control makes it necessary to do so.
18. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion shall be in the Promoter’s sole discretion, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the gift to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the entrant or accept any liability for: inaccessibility or unavailability of the promotion website; any injury or damage to participants’ computers or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion; or any other loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter provides no warranty as to the use of the gift.  
21. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Statement located here: https://www.marriott.com/en-gb/about/privacy.mi. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the operation of this promotion; or to be acting in any manner the Promoter reasonably considers to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
22. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever.
23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
24. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
